Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, including for unshipped orders.
Product Variations: While we strive for accuracy, colors, finishes, and textures may vary from images.
Your Rights as a Consumer
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Special and Custom Orders
Special and custom orders commence production immediately and cannot be returned, canceled, or changed once production has started. Full payment is required and is non-refundable after production begins.
Discounts and Pricing
We determine how discounts are applied and to whom. Errors may occur; we cannot guarantee discount availability or accuracy beyond 24 hours after purchase. Ensure discounts are applied at the time of purchase. Address any concerns promptly with our customer service team.
